This may seem like an obvious statement to certain professionals who have taken the time to gain certification(s). However, cue the people with experience and no certifications rolling their eyes saying they don’t need them — they have the experience.

In summary, some companies are not interested in the certifications and only look at experience when hiring someone. But there are also some companies who insist on anybody they hire to have the certifications. Hence, if you have the certifications, you will be considered by all.
